ATD is staffed by experienced tool designers who have participated in aerospace projects throughout the world. They have acquired experience and exposure to the latest tooling techniques, processes and procedures. Our staffs has substantial experience in tooling design for the manufacture of composite materials that involve the use of  a range of manufacturing processes, most notably prepreg layup and associated processes. They have designed specialized lay-up tools and drill and trim tools just to name a few. The ATD team has designed over 300 lay-up tools required for the Bell 429 program alone, as well as many more for other customers.
